I had ordered a part for my TV from an online store of a big appliance chain and they completely stuffed the order. No communication for a week until I contacted them to find out what was happening. I was able to cancel that order and I ordered the part from Appliance Central instead. Before I ordered, I could actually call Appliance Central on the phone and speak to a great salesperson before I placed the order online. The part arrived before the weekend. Super happy with the service.
