Was really excited to get my brand-new top loader. Delivery people unpackaged it on the road put it unprotected on a trolley and installed it. Excited to use it even though it was unconventional delivery. I noticed three scratches with paint off and the motherboard with controls are all scratched and nonprotected with plastic (Which I peeled off other parts of the machine. ) Since sending photos I have received no thorough response from appliance central in fact I was actually questioned whether the scratches happened on the day of delivery which they definitely did because the photos I have are timestamped . I’m still awaiting a return phone call after lodging another complaint with the company with the store yesterday…,.next is fair trading. I did not purchase a seconds machine. I purchased a brand a new one.
