I had a three man delivery team as I had made Appliance City aware that the appliance was to be taken up a flight of stairs. Whilst this caused some uncertainty about getting the appliance to the appropriate room it did not deter the delivery men from making every effort to do so and in the end very successfully. Very professionally done and extremely helpful. Thanks to all.
