Recently placed an order for a Laguna 1m pond net but when this didn’t arrive within the expected time scale I contacted customer support by email. I received a prompt reply with an apology for the fact that my order had got stuck in their system hence it not having been dispatched. I was offered a refund or an upgrade to next day delivery at no extra cost and it is the latter option that I accepted with the pond net duly received by me the following day. Despite the initial problem (these things happen) I was impressed by how it was resolved and therefore wouldn’t hesitate in using Aquapet again.
