Excellent! I was searching for a small part for my fish tank hood, and Lucie was very helpful trying to find that for me. Sadly, the part I needed is only available in Canada, and so I had to order the whole canopy for my aquarium.
The replacement hood arrived very quickly, beautifully wrapped and in perfect condition - and at a very good price.
