I'm so impressed with Aquapet, I placed my order during the holiday period - I believe it was on Boxingda, my order was delivered for free and arrived the very next day which was simply fantastic! I ordered 4 glass terrariums and 4 acrylics, bearing in mind whenever I have ordered more than one glass enclosure from any other vendor at least one always arrives damaged so I was expecting issues... I was gifted Covid for Xmas and I just wasn't well enough to open and check my delivery until long after its arrival, on opening the box I was super impressed with the professional packaging and to find all of the glass enclosures were fine, there was an issue with two of the acrylic feeding hatches, therefore, I emailed customer service expecting a dispute because my order had arrived sometime before I opened and checked my items, however immediately I was promised replacements, these arrived very quickly and I received two whole acrylic terrariums rather than just the damaged parts. I couldn't be happier with this company and will be a very regular customer, its rare these days to find a company with such a high standard of customer service, especially considering the bang for buck.
