The delivery was very quick and the tracking was excellent. The cage itself is very good and sturdy, a lot bigger than I expected. I did however have a missing part and the lack of instructions made it quite frustrating. For the price I paid I wouldn't have expected any problems or at least a discount due to the trouble it caused with our rabbit not being able to be delivered on time because the cage wasn't secure. Overall a good service.
