Excellent service from Aquapet, pitty I can't say the same about Royal Mail. Items ordered on Sat 30/03, items dispatched Tue 02/04, due to Easter weekend, by Royal mail 48hr tracked service, finally arrived on Sat 06/04. The lady I spoke to on the phone even offered to send a replacement if item hadn't arrived by Monday.
