I purchased a Fluval Cube from AQUAPET in September 2019. The filter / pump stopped working recently. Contacting them on the 30 July I was told they did not have any in stock and the particular model had been discontinued. However they managed to obtain one of the new model cubes within the day and put in post that afternoon. This I received the following day, so an incredible turnaround. Also the lady I spoke to on the phone was very pleasant and courteous. I will definitely be doing business with AQUAPET again.
