Purchased an aquarium and we thought it had a crack. Called and sent emails and never received a call back nor reply to emails. I went back and talked to the person at the cash and spoke to another person there. It turned out they were right that there was no crack. I sent an apology email and again no reply nor acknowledgement. Product is good, just wish they would have called me back and reply/acknowledge emails.
