Items arrived well packaged and with quick delivery, important for live plants. One pot had come open in transit, but I find this pretty usual with 1-2-3 pots no matter the supplier or courier. Ordering process was simple although the ability to make amendments before delivery would be a plus. Plants were healthy and are growing well now they are planted.
