The filter they sold me sucked up my fish and killed them. I messaged them, I emailed twice and they havent done anything. DONT BUY !!! And by the way there was no ammonia, no nitrites, nitrate was at 5.0 ppm, the ph was 7 and temperature 24. tank was cycled for weeks but i wanted a waterfall filter so i got this and it killed them. I am telling you DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
