This company is awful. After ordering over a week ago, the helpline has no idea how to deal with the 'missing order. I have to speak to another team, is the reply, they cannot email me with an explanation, they do not have access to email.....many alarm calls being rung here......cannot refund me until they find the parcel......currently on 30 minute hold......
