I ordered an item in December, it was faulty and so somebody came to collect it. The replacement was also faulty. Since then I have been calling and emailing customer services, at first to request a replacement and now for a refund. It is now mid-February. The response I get is that there is an issue with the suppliers and I need to wait until that has been resolved. When I call they often advise me to email and then it takes days for them to reply. This is the worst customer services I have ever received. Do not buy anything from them.
