Ana was amazing, attentive, extremely knowledgeable and her attention to detail was second to none. She went the extra mile with us, It was my wife's and son's birthday whilst on safari and she arranged special celebrations on the night of the camps in the Serengeti. She stayed in touch to make sure we were ok. - I would have no hesitation recommending Ana and Arenatours !!
