Sam was very helpful and always ready to assist us in our holiday planning . As we wanted to shape our trip as much as possible ourselves she was our coach and expert and did all the bookings once we had decided. Always very quick in reply, Marta was extremely professional - responding immediately to our questions and requests. Her suggestions were always precious and descriptive. That was definitely the best service we have ever received. We will certainly use her services again in the upcoming trips. 100% RECOMMENDED.
