Sam was INCREDIBLE. I worked with her a few months before leaving for Tanzania. She was super responsive to all emails and was patient and kind in her explanations. She made it so that we were not worried much before we left on the trip. Our guide and driver were the best!! They were also knowledgeable and willing to advise and help you with anything you desired to know or do. My husband even got to drive the 4x4 for a while in the Serengeti, a dream come true for him. If we must recommend a travel agency without doubt it would be this one.
