First time with Arenatours, and we absolutely loved it. Our travel agent, Ana, stayed with us throughout all of COVID's turmoil. She developed unique itineraries for us based on a list of things we wanted to do. Ana gave us personalized attention and worked hard to make travels in the times of COVID as smooth as possible. Her availability during the trip was reassuring, as no issues arose. Her choice of accommodations and activities were excellent.
