Lovely telephone interaction with Ana, it was great to work with her to book our holidays, very efficient and helpful service from time of booking through assistance on resort in Maldives. Very easy to go through the booking process and very good updates and information at all times. Excellent rep on site, Nashim was very willing to help with all the forms we had to fill out. Also telephone service was very quick and efficient. Arenatours is a top notch agency and highly recommended !
