Ana is a very responsible person. She listened to me very carefully via whatsapp and made the itinerary perfect. You can't believe how fast she would respond to my questions every single time, She made us enjoy the trip 100% as we didn't worry about the domestic flight between islands. She even managed to get us a complimentary upgrade in Praslin as she knew that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. My husband and I never had the experience with a travel planner. We can't visit other countries without a planner after we used Arenatours.
