Terrible customer service. I bought a waterproof case that failed the water integrity test and Armor-X will not issue a Return Authorization to swap it out. It looks like their cases could be solid if they are not defective, but if you get a defective case like I did, you will be out of luck. Since they didn't honor their 7 day return policy with me, I have serious doubts about them honoring anything they say.
