This is strictly a review of my first impressions of your company, and not the product itself. It's humorous that this email to review you (and I already received another email to review the product) came before I ever even received the product. I placed an order for a very expensive pair of base layers (>$300) on 11/17/22 at 1045a. When I hadn't even received shipping notification, I reached out to your customer service on 11/23/22, which was 4 business days after the order was placed. I did receive a message back with an apology on 11/25/22 and was told that nothing had been shipped yet, but a label had "been created" so I was given that tracking number. It is now 12/2/22, 9 business days from ordering (I excluded all weekends and the Thursday and Friday of the Thanksgiving week even though things are moving through postal systems behind the scenes on non-business days once they are shipped) and I still have not received my order. So far, I find this unreasonable for the price I paid.
