After the measurements were taken of our kitchen space we went down to Artisan to see the design. Even though we had a rough idea of the design we wanted in our kitchen, we gave the team a completely open spec. To be honest we thought we'd be disappointed with the initial design. How wrong we were! Rebecca's design was superb and the changes in the kitchen design were just what we were wanting. The final touches, i.e colour, units, worktop were completed within that initial design review and we left the studio all signed up. We had a small communications breakdown at the very start of the project build but the essence of a good company is how they resolve any issue. Artisan were on the case immediately and everything was resolved within hours. A great company offering great customer service. Michael the fitter was a joy to work with and the installation was great. Overall we cannot recommend Artisan enough. Great service, a friendly team and a superb product
