Whilst I enjoyed browsing products in the EOFY sale, I did have a couple of questions and found a CSO to ask. On my approach, the CSO moved away, apparently busy with other aspects of the business. This happened with the same CSO 3 times. So my questions remained unanswered and products I might have bought remained on the shelves.
