It’s a great place to shop. Good sales and variety. The only real let down is how long it takes for the warehouse to acknowledge and dispatch an order. Didn’t receive an email for 3 days. I ended up calling to see what was happening and changed to click and collect and picked it up that day.
I have since placed another order and having the same problem. I called today because I still had no email confirmation for an order placed 2 days ago.
