I’m a brand new person to visual arts, so I really needed all the help in the world, and I found that in the wonderful customer service that Sky provided.
I had several dodgy pics of lists of items I needed to buy- I mean DODGY pics. Sky patiently ticked off all the items - as I was inadvertently ‘machine gunning’ a myriad of questions at the poor girl. Sky was fantastic to say the least. My first test practice turned out surprisingly good.
So, I can for sure say my experience was great, Sky on the other hand-I’m not too sure.
