My order was for a Christmas present for my grandson, and was ordered well in advance of the Christmas parcel deadline. Art Shed dispatched my order quickly and efficiently, but Australia Post informed me that my parcel was delayed and wouldn't arrive until after Christmas. I contacted Art Shed and they were wonderful, and sent my order again by Express Post, not charging me postage. I received this order 2 days later. I contacted Australia Post and they redirected my original order back to Art Shed. I would highly recommend Art Shed. They were so understanding and had no hesitation in resending my order.
