Lovely staff. Helpful and patient even with needy customers. That's what I observed anyway the day I picked up my order. As to my purchase, when I got it home I found a very dodgy eraser that just couldn't knead. After I rang, then sent photos via email, the staff quickly refunded the cost for it. About $8 and then offered to send me at no cost to me another brand eraser. So nice of them. It arrived quickly and I now have a new best brand kneadable eraser. Thanks staff.
