I find dealing with Art Shed to be a good experience - they are quite expedient with their response with orders and pack items well. However, my main reason for ordering last time was for Mont Marte Paynes Grey acrylic paint and they had very little stock, so I didn't really get what I wanted.
Maybe next time I will have more luck - it does leave me short of stock and meaning apart from not having what I wanted, I pay twice as much for postage when I have to go back to the "well" next time to see if they have stock when that time comes.
