very easy company to deal with and product shipped and sent straight away. There was some sort of mix up on Auspost's end, but resolved straight away and all good. The product was hard to find - it's not sold much in Australia, but is the recommended varnish from all art internet sites for alcohol ink work. I used it in an event of 16 activities, one of which was alcohol ink art. Yet to hear back from participants on its success as a varnish in our art. :)
