there was a mistake with the size of Matisse paint I ordered. I contacted them and they could not have been more helpful. The correct size of paint arrived a day later and I got to keep the first size they sent. This is good retail management and should be normal retail practice, sadly it is not the case these days. Because I feel satisfied with my interaction with Artshed I will continue to buy from them in the future and pass the word around to fellow artists.
