Staff were great. Friendly. Helpful. The A4 sketch book I brought though wasn’t as I expected it to be. I’ve bought many over the years and so didn’t think to check the surface of the pages. It was rough, not like a tooth that you would need for pastels but a course surface that isn’t enjoyable to drag your hand across when sketching. Not likely to purchase it again without checking.
