Bought a 32in x 16in canvas, the frame was warped. Could not fix, in the end I had to take off frame and glue to a mdf backing board. I did email to let them know. I thought I'd fixed it with wetting the frame but didn't work. But I saved the painting anyway thank God. I didn't take a photo. Should have.
