Phone purchased had the following faults:
Would switch off, requiring the battery to be taken out and replaced, once a week.
Would not remember home WiFi code.
On/off button fell out.
Advised to return phone. Address given was incorrect. Luckily I checked before sending back via recorded and signed for.
3 weeks later, 3 e-mails absolutely no response.
