They are completely dishonest. I disputed several charges on my credit card, which my card services dept agreed to refund. then they told me they are just going to charge my card without my consent again for any charges that were disputed (they’ve already tried) Absolutely unbelievable. And, obviously their service was horrible, didn't process my withdraw request for months. It was W.e.l.l.n.e.s.s.r.e.c.l.a.i.m.com that eventually traced and got back my money
