Customer service is basically non existant, never seen such a thing in my life !!! Trying to get a reply for 2 months after multiple attempts the tickets get closed without a reply and live chat is as unhelpful as it gets and always relay the issue to another department that apparently doesnt even exist .
I have no idea how an exchange is able to legally operate this way, stay away if you value your money and if you are trying to get your locked or freeze money back, you can talk to FOS TERBOO N . ORG, they helped me when Ascendex freezed my account.
