Poor service and poor communication to customers. I have had multiple security breeches done by the company when I applied because instead of using the email I gave them they decided my email was my mother's email from 15 years ago even though she's had a new email with them ever since. An unaccessible email from over a decade ago. My account has been frozen multiple times for no cause at all. Most recently they locked my card in October 2022 over a 1 cemt charge and never told me about it while I was in between jobs at the time and then told me 9 months later now in July 2023. And now want to charge an unlock fee via debit when they know it was my only source/access to payment! Now I have to Pay God knows what by borrowing money from another person. I will pay their stupid charge for poor communication on their end and overeacting of locking me from my only source of payment over a single penny when it was the only outside issue I ever had and it happened once. I do not recommend this credit union to anyone. They take your money daily and then give you some boosts of free money and then take all that money back and then some and that's just on debit. Not even credit I do not have credit yet and I would sure as hell not get it from this corporation because they would force you into bankruptcy against your will. I will be canceling my services with this company and you should stay away too!
