Terrible payout process, partnered with generic copy and paste response on their pathetic excuse for a live chat forum. This shows a complete disregard to customer care and the ethics of this company. "24H payout process" is a ridiculous statement when clearly a large majority of people are stuck. Without apexchargeback I’d be stuck too. Victims should get proper help through apexchargeback, com they did well for me.
