My poor review is specifically for the employees at the customer service point, who are impolite and glacial when you return items to get a refund. I work in a customer service as well and we treat all customers nicely and politely. If this is a company's strategy to discourage customers from returning items, it will definitely backfire. Not a nice experience shopping there
