Happy to help; what a joke. Customer service should at least spend some of their time serving customers instead of finding other things to do. The self service machines are a joke as they will not accept bank notes and coins on lots of occasions. I was actually told they do not like fifty pence and two pound coins; I responded by informing the person they are machines. Asda need to sacrifice some of their vast profit and pay for more staff to work on the manned checkouts.
