Went shopping late this evening 22/12/23, unfortunately I have problems on times controlling my bladder and wished to use the lavatory, a notice by the lift said toilets are closed after 6pm due to undesirable behaviour by others, my condition is embracing enough without brining notice to my self so I left my shopping and returned home, something needs to be done about this situation.
