I wish to complain about the way I was treated by one of your security staff 12:30 Sunday afternoon as I was leaving the shop. The alarm went off There were a number of people leaving the shop. The security staff gestured to me with his finger while still on his mobile phone. He then asked me to show him the contents of my bag while still on his mobile phone. I was so I was so flustered I could not find my receipt. He asked me which till I had gone to I pointed out this. He took me over to the till and asked the girl at the till whether I purchased these items, He was still on his mobile phone. He then said that's all right then you can go, his attitude was one of he couldn't Be bothered or put down his phone while Discussing the matter with me. I have been a loyal Customer of asda's in Gorseion For a number of years this has made me think again.
