Just finished shop at Asda Kingswood (21.30 so not busy!)
Used self service till & it went wrong ( not my fault).
Attend cleared fault & I acknowledged this with a thank you.
Not a flicker of acknowledgment.
Come on guys, customer care should be No1 priority.
Really disappointed.
Do you not value your customers?
Without us, no jobs etc!!
