There is less and less staff, where is the customer service, there are more self service checkouts then manned, feel sorry for the little staff there is as they are clearly overworked andpeople complain to them instead of management, would hate to work for them, not the same they once where and finally absolutely gutted that Asda Kingswood are loosing the manned drive through, hate using the machines. Not the supermarket it once was.
