Had to queue for 45 mins for a checkout. I don't like the self serve when I have a big shop. Only 2 checkouts open when I questioned one of the staff she said don't have a go at us it's not our problem. I wasn't having a go just asking for them to put another till on. The staff all have logos on their jackets which says Happy to Help which unfortunately is not the case. I will be happy when Lidl opens and will be shopping there.
