the only problem I had ,that I rang an 0800 number to go ahead with paying for the policy , and they said leave your details and we will ring you back ,but did not happen ,so I rang an other number ,which they said the same thing ,and did not ring back , so it was very close to renewal date ,so I rang again and pleaded to go ahead with policy offered ,and only then I managed to get the ball rolling .
