Beyond disappointed, Had an issue with my heart ring it fell off after a year through no fault of my own and wanted money to replace it. Can’t tell you how upset I am from amazing service at the beginning to very poor after-care. This wasn’t a cheap ring through no fault of my own We lost the heart with the ashes in where all I can say it wasnt secure in the first place, if you break something like that you know about it because you hurt your finger but nothing it just fell off ! Asked me to send it back which I did and then tried to charge me for a replacement. Very very disappointed
