I sadly experienced a loss last year, and for Christmas, my mum and husband bought me a ring containing the ashes of my loved one. The ring cost £270. However, just an hour after wearing it, it began to discolour. We reached out to the company and sent them photos, and we’ve even had video calls with them. Despite all of this, they continue to insist that the discolouration is “normal.” It’s been just over two weeks since I received the ring, and I’ve attached a picture showing its current state, even after cleaning it with the polishing cloth they provided. I am absolutely devastated, as this ring holds something so precious to me. The company just keep claiming the discolouration is “normal.” Please, I strongly advise against buying from this company, especially if you’re trusting them with your family’s ashes. I am heartbroken.
