I ordered a charm bead, which I am very happy with. It is exactly what I have been looking for to commemorate my beloved cat, Lizzy. It is simple, delicate & tasteful. I will definately use this company again. Their communication at each stage was excellent & the service was easy to use. It would have been helpful to be able to order either a bracelet or necklace chain to add to the bead charm - I can order these online elsewhere, but to be able to order at the same time would ensure a perfect fit.
