Ordered a gorgeous glass charm for my mum with my dad’s ashes, it was green to represent their emerald wedding anniversary which sadly dad didn’t quite make, with engraving to make it more personal. Mum loved it and was very emotional opening it. The process from start to finish was easy and I was kept updated throughout. Would highly recommend this company, thank you so much
